Charles Preston is a seasoned loan officer with over 22+ years in the finance business. His many accolades include being named Loan Officer of the Year, 3 years in a row along with numerous other awards for loan production and management skills. Charles has personally helped over 750 clients realize their dream of homeownership.
Charles graduated with a degree in Biology/Chemistry from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX. A Veteran Soldier, Charles was a commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
In his spare time Charles loves to read, ride bikes, and is an avid bowler. He has participated in the National Bowling Tournament for the last 3 years.

Misinformation from an underwriter about a judgement on credit delayed and cost more, however Charles did an outstanding job following up and making that part of the process less cumbersome for me. Due to a competetive situation with Bank of American owning the REO, which made their fees & rate slightly better, Charles was able to make it work. Because of the above, guessing he made little money vs. his efforts on this particular loan. However, I have made two referrals in the last month, so hopefully those will balance out and be smoother as well." Frances S.
