Here at PrimeLending, culture is everything.  Although we have grown into one of the largest lenders in Texas, we have maintained our roots as a small boutique mortgage broker.  We are a TEAM, and we work together with the best interests of clients at the forefront of everything we do.  Here are a couple more examples of what makes our culture unique:

Loan Ranger Award - each month our staff of professional mortgage consultants contends for this coveted award which recognizes the most well-rounded effort as it relates to production.  Additionally, we also present a quarterly award to recognize those individuals who sustain their efforts month in and month out.

Karma Project - this is our way of giving back to the community.  Every month we select a charity and donate money from our proceeds to that charity.  The more people we help to recognize their dreams, the more the community benefits.
